Mascots are characters that inspire team members with their music (find, buy or fight for special instruments and costumes) and will get certain boosts from the mascot, when close to it. When a Mascot is close to the death, as a final hurrah this fighter explodes, harming those around them. The Mascot might take others with itself, too![1] It can be strategic, to let a mascot low on health just go and harm enemies in a final blow.

Interactions
- Mascots cannot buff undead
- Mascots will buff any and all friendly units that are not immune to the buff.
- Buffs do not stack from multiple mascots.
- Mascots should buff both spidaur and rider if mascot is adjacent to the spidaur. If the mascot is riding the spidaur, then it should buff the spidaur it is riding as well as all adjacent units.
- Making a Mascot into a Hero will apply the same buff. (Being a hero increases a particular units speed, health, damage, and defense. It also increases their carrying capacity; i.e. lowers their weight.)
